We provide inspection and documentation review services. Under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, Article 7, we disclose this info.

2. Fees and Commissions

Fees and commissions are stated on our website or in a separate agreement. Payments are due as specified. Prices are in UAH unless otherwise stated. We may change fees with notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, comply with applicable law, and not misuse our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, venturelymedia.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.

5. Consumer Rights and Complaints

Consumers have rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. To file a complaint, email contact@venturelymedia.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also seek redress through consumer protection authorities.

6. Data, Communications and Advertising

We process personal data with consent and safeguards as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. We send marketing only with your consent, per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020. Advertising is truthful and substantiated, in accordance with Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in Ukrainian courts.
